Remote services require prepayment. Total amount due at completion of service. There is a minimum service fee deposit
charged for the time involved in any attempted repair, inspecting any problem, arriving on-site, initiating a remote service
connection, or starting any project, unless otherwise noted. If there is a successful repair, completed service or sale, the
client will have this deposit subtracted from the total price. Hourly service rates are billed at one hour minimum, and any
additional time is calculated. Hourly and flat fee service and repair rates may change without notice. Invoice terms, if
applicable, indicate the payment due date. All parts needed are prepaid by the client. Payments also accepted at
www.BJMSERVICES.com. Repair services guaranteed for 30 days, unless otherwise noted. BJM SERVICES respects the privacy,
confidentiality, and importance of the client’s data. It is recommended the client back up, if possible, any important files
before servicing, in case of loss. BJM SERVICES is not responsible for: any other components that may not work in
conjunction with the repair; data loss during servicing because of malware, irreparable system files, and malfunctioning
drives or components; warranties that are voided because of servicing; any malware re-infections; improper operation; any
negligence, or future incidence that affect the returned, functioning repair or service. Any warranties for components,
parts, and sales merchandise furnished are covered by the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted. The work order is an
estimate of the cost of the service, and is subject to change. In any instance where there are complications affecting the
quoted repair or service, such as; different or additional problems detected, or parts/price changes, an attempt will be
made to inform the client before any additional work is performed. BJM SERVICES reserves the right to: discontinue services
with a client; determine if an item is serviceable; and to use its discretion in servicing and repairing. Items unclaimed past
30 days will become the sole property of BJM SERVICES and will be discarded. A summary of work may accompany a
completed service. Details of services rendered and any work order revisions may accompany the returned item as: an
invoice or receipt. If not, the initial work order would serve as the invoice or receipt. By purchasing Online, signing or
accepting a copy of the work order, receipt or invoice, the client consents to the terms listed. Do not duplicate, publish,
modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site unless specifically authorized by BJM SERVICES or its
